This Monday (Oct 26th) we have released Context Exemptions for Shield Alerts!
It gives Box Shield Admins and Security Analysts the ability to exclude trusted contexts (IP Addresses or Applications) directly from the Shield Alerts or from the Threat Detection rule to fine-tune anomalies detection on Box.
It gives Box Shield Admins and Security Analysts the ability to exclude trusted contexts (IP Addresses or Applications) directly from the Shield Alerts or from the Threat Detection rule to fine-tune anomalies detection on Box.
This will help customers with complex security or infrastructure implementation to avoid recurrent false positives and improve relevance of alerts generated.
