How do I get the rights for access to add new users

  Welcome to Box Community and I’m here to help!

  In order to change your Admin and takeover the rights to add new users. Here's what you can do. 

  Meanwhile, if your Admin is no longer active and can't access your Admin's login credentials, please follow these steps.
