    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Have you tried to restart your Mac computer? If you haven't yet, can you try this first and see if you will be able to login to Box Drive?

    If the issue persists, please try uninstalling Box Drive following the steps in this article and then reinstall by downloading the installer here.
