Invite not showing up after clicking accept through email
回答済みHi! I created a new box account through my gmail and am trying to accept an invite through that email. I have received the invitation multiple times, and every time I click accept, it opens Box but there is no sign of the folder. I have checked that I am logged in through that same email, and that the sender has the right email address, which they do since I get every invitation email and can click accept, the folder just does not show up anywhere. On their end, it says the invitation is still pending. In Box, there is no notification or sign of any invite. I do not get an error message either when I accept the invite, so I am not sure what is wrong. Any help to fix would be appreciated!

If you are having trouble accessing a folder that has been shared with you, please verify that you are signed in to the same Box account that the collaboration invite was sent to. The email the invitation was sent to must be exactly the same as the email address linked to your Box account.
Please confirm with the inviter to check for possible typo error on the email that they invited to that folder.
