Payment by JCB is not possible.回答済み
To upgrade my box plan I log in as a Japanese account and enter my JCB credit card information, but I get an error message saying that the card is "not eligible".
I have reviewed my profile, etc. and entered my address, etc., but cannot resolve the problem.
I am wondering if an account created before "box japan" was established would not be able to upgrade.
If anyone has more information, please let me know.
