Just got this message:  Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue.

  Welcome to Box Community! 

  We've recently released Box Drive v.2.30, would you mind checking your current Box Drive version after your attempt to upgrade? If it didn't upgrade, kindly uninstall Box Drive. 

  Once you're done, please re-install Box Drive here. 

  Hope it works! Let me know how it goes.
