Unable to Upgrade
回答済みI'm trying to upgrade our account to Box Business but I'm getting the following error:
There was an error processing your request.
We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance.
I've tried different cards and different browsers but nothing seems to be working.
Can someone please help?
