Need to Cancel Account

Box support is absolutely the WORST I've ever experienced.  There is NO way to contact you and your documentation is not accurate. There is no cancel button on my account page as your documentation describes.   Please cancel my account and stop all billing immediately.

  Absoloutley true. They seem to think that will retain costoumers.

  It has the oppostie effect.
