Comments Not Showing Up on Desktop
回答済みI'm making comments on a boxfile on desktop. All the comments after a certain date don't show up if I exit from the file, this includes newly made comments and previously made comments, but only after a certain date. They are available on my mobile app (though the comments were created on desktop) but don't show up on desktop no matter how many times I refresh or exit and sign in again. I've tried on different computers as well. This doesn't seem to be affecting new comments on other files though.

I would like to have you try clearing the cached data that is stored in your browser to see if this resolves the issue for you.
