I have tried multiple times to refresh the payment information you have for us but it won't update.We get this message:

"There was an error processing your request.

We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields have been filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance."

 

The card is our company debit card and it has always worked fine in the past.
