We'd love to help find your missing folder(s).
First thing that you must check is identify the folder owner. Did you created this folder from your Box account? If yes, you may go to your trash and restore it, yours might've been deleted. Meanwhile, if it's just collaborated please contact the folder owner and send another invite.
