    Hi Katharina, 

    Welcome to Box Community! 

    Each end user's access to version history is limited for Personal Pro users and above. Additionally, it is not retroactive by the time you chose to upgrade your subscription. This feature will take effect on your indvidual files right after your upgrade.

    Rona, thank you for your response. That is very unfortunate. In the meantime, while I was waiting for a response I chatted with a sales team representative (Lucia). She assured me that I will have access to my previously saved file versions if I subscribe now. I have bought a subscription for a Personal Pro account and as you say I don't see my previous files. Would it be possible to cancel that subscription and refund my money, because I have received wrong information from you? (This wrong information I also found in one of the forum responses.)
