    I also have this problem.

    I've deleted all my folders and files in Box drive but the "Storage Used" still show me 33.6GB of 50.0GB.

    How strange is that...

    I have the same issues. Whatever I deleted, the usage shows 11GB over 10GB cap. Will you please address this?

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files/ folders in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct data and storage size in your Box.

    Hello, I'm having the same issue as well! Have done major cleanup of my account, barely have any files uploaded but my storage is still "full"
