Cancelling free trial
I sent an email request to cancel my free trial after receiving several aggressive sales emails. Mysteriously I did not hear back when asking to cancel and now have been charged. What do I need to do to cancel the account and receive a refund? I can show the email exchange. Thank you.

Seems that you haven't submitted your request to cancel your account yet. Note that you can initiate this cancellation by following the steps below.
To cancel your Box account:
1. Sign into your Box.com account
2. Visit https://app.box.com/master/settings/accountBilling
3. Under Billing Information, click 'Cancel Account'
- Don't see this option? Email cancel@box.com
4. Complete survey and click 'Cancel My Account'
5. Confirm cancellation and click 'Permanently Cancel My Account'
- Please note the account will cancel at the end of the service term
