  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  To  easily create a new folder, you can go to this article and follow the steps. Meanwhile, if you're having trouble creating new folders kindly reach out to your main Admin, there could a global settings that needs to be reconfigured. 

  Find out who your main Admin by going to box.com> Account Settings> Admin Contact
