Reset Password but no email

A few users have tried to reset password but have not received an email in their inbox, spam or 'other' folders.  What is the best solution to reset passwords in a timely manner.

  I can't even create a password.

  Please run these fix to ensure that the affected users would receive their password reset email accordingly. And one more time, please create a password reset.
