Authenticator Code?

We have given an outsider access it, the user was able to log into it, but then it is asking for some code from an authenticator app, which she does not have.  How can i assist them into accessing our given documents?

  Is there a direct link to contact box support? the link you sent me to give to the user was not a direct link to submit a request for support.
