アップロードに失敗したファイル

１４GBあるファイルをアップロードしようとして、２度失敗しました。その後、PCを立ち上げるたびにファイルをアップロードしようとして、毎度失敗しているようです。このファイルをアップロードする必要がないのですが、どうやったらアップロードのトライをやめられますか？

  I tried to upload a 14GB file and it failed twice. After that, every time I start up my PC, I try to upload the file and it seems to fail every time. I don't need to upload this file, how can I stop trying to upload it?
