    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. You may check it by logging in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

    Also, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown ,please let us know to help you fix it.

    Hi, again it's showing wrong used space. It shows 47gb, but I only have 1 folder of 21gb. Can you run the script again?
