Storage Used in Account Setting is obviously wrong.

I tried deleting all the files once as a test, but it still shows 6.9G used.

Many users on this forum are asking the same question.
What is a script?

Clearly, storage service with an incorrect capacity is not trustworthy. I don't see the value in subscribing to upgrade plan.

  Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To check log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

  Also, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.
