Recover deleted files from trash

I need to recover files that were deleted yesterday from trash, I upgraded my account to starter to get support and have not seen the option yet. Also I went to check to see if it went through and I think it automatically upgraded me again. I only meant to select the starter for $7 a month and navigating this support cycle has been a nightmare, any help would be appreciated.
