Box notes contact box dissapeared

The contact or chat box has disappeared from by box notes so I can't add comments or tag team members online.  I CAN do this through my phone app though.  Suggestions of how to add this back in?  I can do this through attached files, but just not in Box Notes

  To help you address this issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps: 

  • Use your alternate browser and try again. 
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. 
  • Make sure your browser's up to date. 
  • Restart your machine.

  Thanks but that did not work.  It actually is working for me in Chrome, but is not working in Edge even after clearing cache and restarting computer.  It works on Chrome and it works in my app on my Iphone, but I can't get it to work from Boxnotes on Edge browser
