I've Just paid for Box Personal Pro but I can not access
回答済みPaid $79.99 for an upgrade and I'm told the upgrade failed. I was clearly charged the amount listed. There is no customer service, all we have is the forum. If I can't get this resolved before Monday I will have to dispute the charge. A huge problem since I really needed to have the information in the folders accessible to share with others.
