No space available even after deleting

Good day,

I have deleted quite a few files and still I do not see a change in the space available.

Kindly assist.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.

Good day, I am still getting notifications that my storage space is running out. Showing I have 848.4MB left, but in the left hand corner on the bottom it shows I am on 9.3GB of 10GB. Please run your script.
