Hi,

I'm trying to sign up for Box Business Plus 14 days free trial, but am stopped by the message:

There was an error processing your request.

Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.

 

whether the information from my side was all correct.

Please provide me with any solution to it.
