Unable to delete folder I own

Hi,

I am unable to delete I folder I own; the trash option does not appear when clicking on the ellipsis ('...').

Can you please help?

  We recommend reaching out to your main Admin as this is a global restriction set to your Box instance.

  Hi Rona,

   

  that was indeed the case. The corresponding setting can be found under

  Admin Console -> Enterprise Settings -> Content & Sharing -> "Restrict Content Creation": Only admins can create and delete first-level folders files and bookmarks.
