I need to contact somebody to cancel what I just ordered and this website isn't very good about that. What is an email for actual support. I wanted it monthly and somehow hit a one time yearly. I do not need this charge hitting my bank account

  To cancel, we have a self-serve option where you can end your Box subscription yourself and please follow the instructions here according to your account type.
