Hi 

I noticed I was auto renewed for a year recently. I would like to cancel today and get a pro-rata refund of the amount pending.

Can it be done asap?

  To cancel, we have a self-serve option where you can end your Box subscription yourself and please follow the instructions here according to your account type.

  Meanwhile, if you would prefer to work with our team, please contact our Cancellation team via cancel@box.com.

  Thanks Rona; can you pls confirm that I will get a pro-rata refund for the unused period when I cancel using the self serve option? Awaiting your response
