Verification Link in Email Expires Seconds After Receipt

We've invited new external collaborators to join Box folders. When they create their accounts, despite clicking on on the link in the verification email immediately after it's received, they get a message saying the verification link has expired. This has happened with at least two separate people today. I understand they can force a password reset (I am trying this with them now), but what is going on here? When will this be fixed?

    Just checking that the length of time between when the link is sent and received does not exceed 3 hours?

    Correct. The length of time is between 0-2 minutes in both cases.

    For the heck of it, can you have one of them right-click & copy the link and then paste into an incognito session in their browser?  That can help identify if it is a cookie issue.
