File upload on samsung phone stuck for 1 month

Hi, I tried uploading 4 video files on box and it has been stuck in the uploading process for about a month. I tried logging out and logging back in and clearing cache, but still it shows that it is uploading (the two arrows are turning and there is a yellow ring around it) but there is no progress. I'm using a Samsung android phone. Appreciate if anyone could help. Thanks!

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  Did you use your Box for Android app while uploading your files?

  If yes, using the same mobile device, can you launch your browser and log in to Box.com then upload your files?
