Please run a script on my account to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts.
My box show there is about 6.5 GB used even all files/folder in my Box is emptied.

  We have corrected your account storage on your account. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
