Box tools extension in Safari doesn't exist.

Box tools extension can't be enabled in Safari.  The "preference" tab referenced by Box doesn't exist, and Box extension doesn't appear under extensions.  HELP, as i can't open files directly so I must download them. This hasn't been solved by previous users requesting help.
