    I'm unable to assist with canceling subscriptions as I don't have access to your personal subscription information or the ability to process cancellations. To cancel a subscription, you'll typically need to follow the cancellation process provided by the service or platform through which you subscribed.     There are two ways you can cancel your Box account: 

    1. Go over to this article and follow the self-serve option to end your Box subscription. 
    2. Reach out to our Cancellation team by emailing them using cancel@box.com

    Why was I charged again for this subscription, when I attempted to cancel this 5 months ago.  Cancel this subscription immediately.  I do not utilize your platform.  Do not charge my card for this again.

    Same thing happened to me, and the cancellation and contact information for billing on Box.com is horrific.

    Officially done with Box! I will be cancelling my BOX subscription asap.

    After attempting to get on a cheaper month-to-month plan I have somehow ended up paying for a full year, at a much higher monthly rate that before. Attempts to rectify this have led me down endless frustrating email/chat exchanges with Customer Service that don't fix the mistake.

    A shame, as I was a loyal customer for years. No longer.

    The self-serve option is NOT available on the portal, so I'm forced to send an email to the cancellation team.  But, the Box cancellation team has been non-responsive (other than the portal driven auto-response with an unhelpful ticket #). It's been almost a week and still haven't received a real response. Multiple emails, chats with support on line, still no one has reached out. I'll actively discourage anyone from using this tool.
