Storage Usage In My Account Is Incorrect
回答済みI need help about known issues on "Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect".
I have 50GB file storage but, I have used just 12.1 GB and cannot load any more files.
Could you make it clear, Please.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
