Another user with incorrect usage
回答済みHey, all — I'd like to get Box Support to run their magic script to give me accurate usage data, but when I try to contact them, all I get is a link to this forum.
How can I request the script be run? Thanks!

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
