Can not receive SMS Authentication Code

I can not receive the Authentication Code by SMS during 2-Step Verification. Please help.

  Thanks for the help.

  I can access to the Box directly without 2-Step Verification, but there is nothing in my box account. All directory are empty. Could help with this issue? Thanks.
