Hi, 

I was editing a file this morning but it is now missing, and I cannot find it on my BOX. When I click on the link to the file the following appears "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you" 

Can you please advise?

  Looks like you have a designated team that communicates with Box directly. At this rate, please reach out to your internal helpdesk team to take it to  Premier Services.
