    Note that during your Box upgrade, your contents will be inaccessible for a short period of time as your account is being transitioned. If it takes longer than 24 hours and you're still unable to access your Box contents, please inform us in this forum.

    I just upgraded and lost most of my files, except some that I had deleted. If this is something that regularly happens, shouldn't you warn people ahead of time? It is really awful to find all your files gone. Even though some people say they disappear for a while, this totally doesn't make sense. Why would Box move my files to a new location, when all I have done is purchase more space?
