Good morning, Our files are normally uploaded each month and the last file was uploaded in June 2023. July, August and September was not uploaded. Can you let me know what has changed.

  Looks like you're referring to the folder you're collaborating with. For better handling, it's best if you could have the folder owner to contact Box Support  directly.
