I am creating a Box folder for a bid package.  We want all client contacts and company contacts as well as bidders to have access to the folder, but hide client contact details in the list of users from the bidders to avoid unwanted communication.  Is there any way to have hidden collaborators? Ideally User A should not see that User B has access.

  Hi Julien, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  You can hide collaborators to prevent your collaborators from seeing the list of other collaborators in a particular folder. With only the Owner and Co-Owner who can do so. 

  To hide collaborators:

  1. Right-click the folder (or click the ellipsis (...)) to open the More Options menu.
  2. Click Settings to open Folder Settings.
  3. In the Privacy section, check the box next to Hide collaborators and their activity from non-owners.
