Upload file size - increasing plan for 1 user only

Hi, Dimitri here. I have Business Plan, restricted to 5 GB upload. Our work (advertising films production) requires ocassionally bigger than 5 GB files uploads, but just for one user, our online editing studio. May I increase my Plan for Digital Bussines, but just for that 1 user, leaving normal Business 5GB for the rest ?
