folder activities lag to load

when in a file and trying to get the activities on the side to complete or add notes it is lagging at times 3 minutes or more and when I get the task to complete/ approve I get 3 of the same one after the other.

    I have attached what it looks like and when I hit approve then it gives me an error, I have to refresh and it lags for too long, it's hard to work like this. it's taking me twice as long to do my work because I need to see the comments on the side.

    I'm not working with anyone as no one contacted me yet, and the problem persists. I need this fixed as it takes me 3 hours to do a 1 hour job.

    All loading, folders and files, takes way too long. I thought this would be fixed by now. The app has become difficult to use. I've been using Box for over 10 years. It's never been this bad. It's on the brink of being totally useless. It reminds me of the early days of computers, when it took forever to load anything. Need an update on iOS to speed things up.
