BOX synchronization is too slow

I am using a formula to refer to numerical values in another file in Excel, but the synchronization is slow.
It may take a day or two for the numbers to sync.
One Drive and Google Drive synchronize almost in real time, but I feel that BOX synchronization is too slow.
Is there a way to improve it?
