回答済みI just upgraded free plan to business plan. I was supposed to buy monthly plan but there was no choice and i think i purchesed annual. Could you change it to monthly plan? Thank you.

For this type of changes, you should get in touch with our Billing team by creating a new case or email them using billing@box.com.
