Can't access my Box account and needed files shared with me
回答済みHi, my medical school has Box accounts for all students but I can't log in to my account or create an account or reset my password. When I try to reset my password I don't receive an email. When I try to create an account it tells me my email is reserved. I need access to these files rather soon. I would be happy to share my school email address if that would be necessary.

You can't create new account using your email address already registered on Box. I've investigated our email server logs and it looks like your email address is not on our bounce or suppression list.
Please check your Spam/Junk email folder. Sometimes, certain email clients do not recognize email from box.com. If you find Box messages in your Spam or Junk folder, add noreply@box.com to your email contacts, or Safe senders list. This will allow your mail client to recognize Box emails and deliver them to your Inbox.
If the email is still not found, please check your virus scan, Internet Service Provider, company's mail server, or firewall.

- reply.box.com
- track.box.com
