Dear Team:

I accidentally deleted the my trash and cannot recover the files. Can you help me with undeleting a file? Please help!

  As of this message, Please note that this recovery grace period (14-day period after the file/folder disappears from trash) does not apply to Free accounts. We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan.
