Cannot Create Account After Accepting Invite

Hello,

I've received an invite to collaborate, and when I accept I'm redirected to a "Create Your Account" page. When I fill my information, I only get a "There was a problem completing your request. Please try again". I would appreciate any help. I've tried using other browsers, machines, clearing cookies and different networks as well.
