Cannot upload to client box site, but was able to for months before

Hi, I have been uploading to a client shared box site for months, however  recently I cannot upload documents. I can only download. Anytime I open the links I used to use it says "oops! we can't seem to find the page you are looking for". Please advise on how to help and allow me to upload documents to share folder.

  Kindly reach out to the folder owner in order to make sure you still have access to upload files in their folder.
