We have a business account with 34 Users.

We need access to ALL folders on our Account. 

As Admin if I was able to upgrade to Enterprise would I have access to everything within our account?

  Certainly! If you upgrade to an Enterprise account, as an admin, you should gain access to all folders and content within your account. However, it’s best to confirm the specifics with your service provider to ensure that the Enterprise upgrade meets your needs.

  In order to manage your managed user's Box contents as Box Administrator, you can utilize the following functionalities through Admin Console. 

  • Using Instant Log in for a Managed User's Account
  • Managing Files And Folders From The Admin Console

  To do so, you can reach out to our Billing team (billing@box.com) as the following features are only available for Business Plus account(s) and above.
