When I search with Metadata filters nothing comes up?

Hello,

I have a metafield template with 3 fields, however, when I search for items by the metadata that I know is assigned to certain files, my search brings up nothing and says:

 

What's going/how can I fix this?

  Was there ever a resolution to this? Our enterprise account is experiencing the same thing.
